At Oxyenergy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure your returns are shipped back in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Oxyenergy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
